Terms of Service

1. What this is
WildDrops (operated at wilddrops.me) is a prediction and alerting service for Pokémon TCG restocks, vending-kiosk sightings, and new-set releases. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You need a working email address to receive alerts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We store passwords only as salted bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Alerts are predictions, not guarantees
Restock predictions, kiosk dispense windows, and release dates are probabilistic estimates based on sightings, retailer history, and public signals. They are not guarantees. Products sell out, stores change plans, and vending machines go offline. We do our best to be accurate but we're never responsible for missed drops, sold-out inventory, or changes retailers make without warning.
4. Auto-buy agent
If you enable auto-buy, you authorize WildDrops to place orders on your behalf at the retailers and for the products you configure. You're responsible for the order (including payment, taxes, and chargebacks). You can disable auto-buy at any time from your dashboard. We enforce per-rule caps and per-drop spend limits, but final responsibility for your cart sits with you.
5. Subscriptions & refunds
Paid tiers (Pro, Dealer, Enterprise, Intel Partner) are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If we charge you in error, email support@wilddrops.me and we'll make it right.
6. Scout & community submissions
When you submit a kiosk sighting, a new kiosk, or a scout report, you grant WildDrops a non-exclusive license to use that data to power predictions and alerts for other users. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share. Don't submit false or misleading data — repeated bad reports will get your account banned and scout payouts clawed back.
7. Fair use
Don't scrape our API in ways that violate your tier's rate limits. Don't resell raw alert data. Don't automate account creation. Don't use WildDrops to evade retailer anti-bot measures in ways that expose us to liability. We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
8. No affiliation with retailers or Pokémon
WildDrops is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Target, Walmart, Costco, GameStop, or any other retailer. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildDrops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll email active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
