Terms of Service

WildDrops provides (a) predictive restock windows for Pokémon TCG retail vending kiosks, (b) alerts via email, SMS, web push, and Discord when machines are likely to restock or when online retailers flip stock status, and (c) an automated browser agent that, on behalf of paid subscribers, can build carts on supported retailers the moment product is available. We are not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, TPCi, Target, Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, Sam’s Club, GameStop, Five Below, or any retailer. All trademarks belong to their owners.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. You’re responsible for your account, your password, and anything that happens under your account. One human, one account — no sharing credentials. We may suspend accounts that appear to be shared, resold, or used to evade rate limits or anti-fraud controls.

Paid tiers (Collector, Dealer, Intel Partner) are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown at /pricing. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable except as required by law, and auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may result in downgrade after a grace period.

The auto-buy agent acts on your behalf to attempt to add products to carts on supported retailers the instant stock is detected. You authorize us to make those attempts. You are solely responsible for completing the checkout, the legitimacy of shipping and billing information, and compliance with each retailer’s terms of service and purchase limits. We do not guarantee that any purchase attempt will succeed, and we make no promises about availability, speed, or delivery. Retailers may detect, throttle, or block automated traffic; we attempt to route responsibly, but this is an adversarial environment.

The scout program lets verified users submit ground-truth reports (truck arrivals, employee restocking, confirmed stock levels) on kiosks in their territory and earn payouts when those reports verify. Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith. Fabricated, duplicated, or uncorroborable reports will not be paid. Repeated fraud results in program removal and forfeiture of unpaid balances. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect when your eligible balance exceeds $25, on or near the 1st of the month.

When you submit a kiosk through /kiosks/submit, you represent that the submitted location information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review submissions before adding them to the public network. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submission (including any photo URL you provide) to operate and promote the Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond the rate limits of our public APIs;
• Resell, white-label, or rebrand WildDrops without a written commercial agreement;
• Use the auto-buy agent to acquire quantities in violation of a retailer’s explicit purchase limits;
• Use the Service to harass, dox, stalk, or target any individual;
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security, rate limit, or anti-abuse control;
• Upload false, misleading, or infringing content (including in kiosk submissions or scout reports).

By subscribing to alert channels you consent to receive operational and transactional messages on those channels. SMS alerts are optional and only sent to phone numbers you verify; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any alert email. We do not sell your contact information.

Prediction windows, sourcing feeds, and any EV/arbitrage estimates are informational, probabilistic, and may be wrong. Nothing on the Service is investment advice. Collectibles markets are volatile; prior performance is not indicative of future returns.

The Service, including its code, designs, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t warrant that predictions will be accurate, that alerts will arrive on time, that auto-buy will succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting team@wilddrops.me. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or if legally required.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WildDrops’s operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in that jurisdiction.
